Does Furball really pay 100% of the vet bill?
Yes. After one simple annual excess, Furball reimburses 100% of the vet bill. There are no co-pays, ever.
How fast are claims paid?
Most claims are approved and paid back within 48 hours. You file a claim in the app by taking a photo of the invoice. No forms and no phone calls.
What is Wellness+?
Wellness+ is everyday preventive care included with Furball: annual vaccines, yearly health checks, dental cleans, and year-round flea, tick and worm protection delivered to your door.
What is the claim-free reward?
